I have severe sweat attacks, not only at night but all the time, and its from my head.?

I sweat when everyone else isn't , its so embarrassing, to be standing in line somewhere and sweat is running down your face and neck, what gives?

You could be having hot flashes or hormonal imbalances which are throwing your body temps out of whack. Go to your doctor or an endocrinologist and have full blood work done. If you are in your 40s or 50s you might be starting menopause, and hot flashes and night sweats are part of this.
