If you dont sweat a lot does that mean you are full of toxins?

i heard that ppl need to sweat but i dont really seem to except my head and underarms. does this mean i am full of bad toxins? is it a good idea to go to a sauna every week and sweat them out?

Your liver and kidneys rid your body of toxins. Sweating is a mechanism that helps regulate your temperature. If you're out in the hot sun, you sweat more, and this cools you down. People also sweat sometimes when they are in stressful situations. Induced sweating (like a sauna) has no biologically beneficial results. Some of the health nut gurus will probably tell you otherwise, but actually excessive sweating can result in an imbalance of your electrolytes.

No, you silly top contributor, you. Only 30% of your "waste" comes out your pores. The rest...well, you know. You don't sweat, no sweat. The sauna could not hurt but your body knows how to get the bad stuff out...your still alive right?
Reply:No, this isn't true. Everyone sweats at different levels and someone who doesn't sweat much isn't considered unhealthy or unusual.

Though some toxins do excrete through the pores, such as alcohol, the vast majority of bodily waste is excreted, well, through normal means, if you catch my drift.
Reply:other way around!
