Best deodarant?
i use "certain dri" it really helps with sweating because you put it on the night before and it keeps u dry for the rest of the next day. it works on a lot of ppl i know too. i think u used to need a prescription for it, but i believe its over the counter now.
Best deodarant?

Reply:Rexona is the best I've tried so far, for everyday use.
For special occasions, I wear Clarins' Doux Deodorant (the red bottle) and it also helps a lot (and smells gorgeous).
Reply:Dove.. get one that has a scent.so when you start to sweat you with smell the good smelling deordarnt. its doesnt leave white marks either! i swear by it
Reply:secret
Reply:try certain dri. you can basically get it at any drugstore.
just use it at night, before you go to bed, and then use your normal deoderant in the morning. it basically stops you from sweating. and it's doctor recommended, so it's safe.

Whis is it I hardly sweat on any other part of my body but my feet?
Why are all my sweat glands in my feet??? I hardly sweat anwhere else. Hence my feet smell!!!! any ideas? and also best ways to combat my smelly feet......
Whis is it I hardly sweat on any other part of my body but my feet?
I have this problem too, it can be really embarrasing when you have to take your shoes off in other peoples homes. Here is what I do to help (not cure, just help) I use a solution called Drysol. I use it 2 or 3 times a week and I rub in in between my toes and straight down the middle of my feet. You can get this from your Dr. I also never wear leather shoes, they make my feet sweat bad and they are not washable, instead I wear canvas keds, they are lightweight and washable. Go without shoes as often as possibel, I wear flip flops whenever I can. If you can't afford the Drysol, use secret platinum deoderant (I'm sure others work just as well, I just happen to find this a good one) Rub it on your feet and inbetween your toes everynight, you should start seeing good results shortly after. Hope this helps a little.

TRY DRYING YOUR FEET WELL AND USING POWDER ON YOUR FEET AND IN YOUR SHOES. IT HELPS.
Reply:If it gets really bad maybe you should consult a podiatrist (foot dr).
Reply:I know what you mean a past girl friend of mine when she stopped over would position the bed as her feet could stick out the window. Is that bad?
Reply:Are you wearing really heavy shoes that trap the persiration? If you do that and much lighter garments elsewhere you are probably sweating everywhere but as most of the sweat evaporates quickly (what it is supposed to do) you notice your feet more, maybe try sandels.
Reply:Go to your pharmacist, you can get roll on sweat supressants that you leave on over night. I know that one brand has brought out something just for feet, sorry can't remember the name - you need to wash it off in the morning though.
Reply:Foot deodorant Boots do a good one
Reply:chop your feet off
Reply:smelly feet is caused by uric acid {wee basically!} it goes to ur feet and also if u drink a lot of alcohol it gives u goat, i think is a swollen knee thing? anyway carry on stinkfoot.......... wahEYYYYYYYYY
Reply:Sweating is our body's way of disposing of odors. That's why we usually sweat in the stinkiest parts of our bodies, like our armpits, crotch, and yes our feet. When our body detects unusually strong odors it triggers our sweat glands. It's our bodies way of giving us a quick shower.
So try using a deodorant powder in your shoe. The pleasant smell will keep your sweat glands inactive.
Reply:it could have alot to do with the type of shoes you wear. Try wearing open shoes where your feet can breath. I always use to have this problem but found that by wearing sandals or leather shoes helps
Reply:most common cause of sweaty feet is synthetic shoes.
syick with pure leather, as leather is a skin and has pores like yours and mine. this will allow the feet to breath, reduce sweat, prevent smell and also prevent things like fungal infections etc.
hope this helps, hun.

Embarrassment problem... and 2 questions...?
I have a crush on a co-worker who has a girlfriend. I have no plans of doing anything about this crush, but I have to work with and interact with him, and every time I talk to him I start sweating and turn purple. This is very embarrassing. By now I figure that he thinks 2 things about me. 1. That I have a crush on him *wince* or 2. that I have high blood pressure and a glandular disorder.
My questions are this. First, does anyone have any ideas on how to stop the sweating and the red face? Please???
Second, it's pretty obvious I like him, huh? What would you think if someone changed colors and sweated profusely, but only in your presence?
Embarrassment problem... and 2 questions...?
lol, that what everybody want. Love Or crush if you preferd.
well, love make your heart beat faster, your body temperature go up, and your acting becam slow or sometime can vibrat.
how about if you tell him that?
"i need to get some coffee, so do you want to come"
it not like his married or something.
go for it.

.Anyways so is there any cure or medicine for your glandular disorder by chance? Have you spoken with a doctor to find out treatment options or potential treatment options? I found something that might help you a little bit.
*Also it's not a matter of what we would think, because we aren't the one(s) you are crushing on. SO I think if that guy has a girlfriend, odds are you won't be dating him anytime soon. Until then you can keep looking but you can touch.
A Real Health Miracle.
There are numerous ways to feel bad and be sick. An individual could be in pain, exhausted, or have a low sex drive. He could gain weight, have allergies, headaches or migraines. She could have a messed-up menstrual cycle, pain, excessive bleeding, irregular periods, or no period at all. A person could be infertile: abnormal sperm count and activity, or ovaries and female system that just can鈥檛 begin or hold onto a pregnancy. She could have an early or troublesome menopause, with hot flashes and organs that are drying up. Or have an immune system that can鈥檛 fight a germ for love nor money. Failing glands cause even recurrent flu, sore throats, pneumonia, asthma or deteriorating lungs. Autoimmune conditions (where the immune system attacks the body鈥檚 own tissues) can occur. Inflammatory conditions: colitis, arthritis, bronchitis, and other itis鈥檚 can drive a person nuts and ruin the quality of life.
What do the conditions listed in the last paragraph all share? Answer: the disturbance, fatigue or breakdown of the body鈥檚 glandular system. The adrenal glands, thyroid, pituitary, ovaries or testes, spleen, pancreas etc. are the endocrine glands, which secrete powerful hormones (chemical transmitter substances) into your bloodstream. They govern and prevent all the illness conditions described above, and myriad others.
Although certain glandular diseases are detected in day-to-day medical practice, the usual medical doctor seldom recognizes most. And when a recognized glandular illness is medically diagnosed, the orthodox (and only prescribed) methods of treatment are hormone drugs or surgery to remove part or the entire gland! Your own hormones are necessary to an energetic, pain-free, healthy life, but often when administered artificially as drugs, they can have negative side effects. Among the most common of those undesirable effects is further suppressing your body鈥檚 own glands, further decreasing the already low hormones, and thus worsening the underlying problem which was the cause of the whole mess in the first place. The worst of these drug side effects can result in addiction to the hormone, and atrophy of the body鈥檚 own glands. And many times, despite the cortisone or thyroxin therapy, the person continues to both be and feel ill.
Painkillers, anti-inflammatories, anti-histamines, water-pills and hormones may be used to cover up the symptoms, but do not correct the cause. Could there be a way to repair a poorly functioning or torn-down gland system? Could you get a body to begin producing hormones in correct amounts to make a person be and feel well? Could this be done without the side effects of drugs or the permanent damage of surgery?
A small niche in natural health-care has focused on this area of paramount importance. It has always been the focus of our office. Patients have generated myriad success stories on their health restoration; most often this was achieved by restoring their gland systems. How was this achieved?
New methods for testing glandular malfunctions have evolved from Applied Kinesiology, the chiropractic specialty that developed muscle testing as a diagnostic method. We use these methods to get rapid information on your gland health. By combining hands-on chiropractic procedures that restore nerve communication to glands, together with nutritional supplements designed to re-activate and rebuild damaged glands, we are able to help thousands of people to achieve health. Both of these methods must be utilized together correctly to get a speedy return to health; they activate each other and are able to do much more when done together than either done alone. (The chiropractic and nutrition are synergists.) The patients range from mildly ill, to near terminal malfunction. Literally lives are saved, and the quality of life revolutionarily improved.
In a chronic health problem, when medications have been prescribed for "management" of symptoms, with no talk of cure, wouldn鈥檛 it be intelligent to discover if a glandular malfunction is the real underlying cause?
Reply:I'm not sure on the first question. I don't have that problem- usually stay pretty cool. The only thing I can suggest is get a grip on what a "crush" really is. If it's possible to take an analytical approach - tell yourself that your hormones, chemical reactions are what's causing this feeling. It is a physical thing, and doesn't necessarily mean it's "love" (more often it is not love, and we figure this out later when the initial physical reactions in our body subside)
2nd question. It's difficult to say if he "knows" or not. Some people are not very perceptive and may not notice anything at all. Others may be a bit perceptive and notice something, but won't know what it means - will misread the signs. If he is the perceptive type, and aware of his attractiveness (sexually aware) then, he will know exactly what's going on. That isn't necessarily a bad thing unless he's the type to exploit your weakness for him. More often it's a good thing. If he's aware you're attracted, it's more likely he'll be inclined to ask you out if he is also interested.
If he's not, well I guess you need to be the perceptive one in order to decide if he knows and if he is or isn't interested.
Be wary of him in case he's the type who'll exploit your weakness. Don't get too involved until you know he has unloaded the GF.

Does more sweat during an exercise me more fat loss?
I heard that the more you sweat during an exercise the more fat you end up buring? is this true. like if i go outside and run for an hour in a thick coat or something just trying to keep my self more hot
Does more sweat during an exercise me more fat loss?
no, it means the more water you loose;
to burn fat it is best to exercise for more than 20 minutes per session (continuous exercise), your body typically burns it's glycogen stores for the first 20 minutes BEFORE it begins to burn fat. That is why most aerobic exercise sessions are for thirty minutes.
Does more sweat during an exercise me more fat loss?
No unfortunately.. i do the same, it just means you have more fluids, that need to be replenished
Reply:i guess not..you just lose more water..but i don't know..not sure about it..
Reply:Yes, when you sweat you do loose more weight. More clothes will help you loose weight quicker.
Reply:Myth! If you鈥檙e working out to lose weight, and you always look forward to losing one or two pounds after an especially sweaty workout, you might be in for a bittersweet surprise.
The bitter: the amount of weight you lose during a workout is water weight. Exercise makes body temperatures rise, and naturally, the body likes to maintain a very even temperature and sweating allows the body to cool itself. This loss of fluids is necessary for the body to maintain homeostasis (a constant state of balance) and to function properly, but this fluid must be replaced right away so as to avoid dehydration, which is actually very dangerous. Drinking plenty of water before, during and after a workout is very important!
The sweet: Exercise is great for cardiovascular health and for burning fat! The time you spend in the gym is invaluable to your metabolism, giving it the boost it needs to help you burn fat, even while at rest! The water-weight you lose during an especially sweaty workout will (and should) come back right away, but a slow-steady exercise routine will keep the weight off...for good!
Reply:no, there more you sweat the more water weight you are losing and you you gain that back as soon as you drink something
Reply:No. Sweat is if perspiration. You are just purifying your body. It is actually better to work out in cool to cold weather because your body works harder to keep you warm and that makes you lose more.
Reply:No it does not mean that
Reply:You might lose wieght... but it is NOT in the form of Fat.
It's just water... now you need to drink water to replace what you sweat out or you dehydrate.
Reply:No, it does not. Some people just sweat more than others. The more you work out, the more fat you'll burn. Just wearing extra clothes won't make you lose any more fat. It will just make you lose more water and then you risk becoming dehydrated.
Reply:Probably means your working harder. Working harder means higher cardio means better for you.
Reply:NO! Please don't do it. First off, losing sweat is just losing water weight. Loss of water from the body is what causes dehydration. 2-5% of body weight is mild dehydration, 6-8 % is moderate dehydration, and 9-15 % is severe. A loss greater than 15% is usually fatal. Signs of dehydration include extreme thirst, dry mouth, small or no urine output, and signs of shock (low blood pressure, racing pulse, cool clammy or hot, dry skin) when dehydration gets severe.
Another complication is Heat Stroke. When you do heavy exercise in hot weather with layered clothing, your body can't cool down fast enough. Your temp. can go all the way up to 107 F and cause brain damage. Sighs of heat exhaustion include paleness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, fainting, and a moderately increased temperature (101-102 degrees F). Signs of heat stroke include warm, flushed skin, inability to sweat, a very high temperature (106 degrees F or higher), delirium, unconsciousness, and seizures.
The easiest way to lose fat is to do strength training in the area you want to lose fat on. There is also a fat burning heart rate and it's below the cardio heart rate. It's about 50-60 % of your maximum heart rate, so if you exercise at that level, you're more likely to burn fate.
Reply:Hi there!
You received bad information. Generally speaking, heat causes you to sweat more in order to keep your body cool. It has little to do with calorie burn; however, people falsely make this connection since when at room temperature, you heart rate goes up during exercise which causes you to sweat more. Sweat is a by-product of burning calories not the cause of it.
What burns fat is using more calories than you consume, thereby creating a calorie deficit. Thus, the energy needed to fuel your body during exercise comes from your body fat stores.
While sweating by itself is not a way to burn more body fat, increasing your heart rate is. The higher your heart rate is, the more calories your body burns for a given time. Thus, cardio is great for burning calories since it keeps your heart rate high for a long time.
One caveat about water weight. It is true that you can lose weight via sitting in a sauna and doing nothing. HOWEVER, this is short term water weight, not body fat. Do not be confused. It will come back as soon as you start replenishing your body with liquids as it should. It is not healthy to be dehydrated.
Thus, unless you are weighing in for a professional fight or something, don't try to sweat to lose weight. Rather create a calorie deficit for yourself.
If you need more info on this, shoot me an email.
Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

Reply:Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills... . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

If i sweat do i lose wieght?
i m wonderin do i lose weight wen i seat?...like kik boxing and karate?...if i sweat...do i lose weight?
If i sweat do i lose wieght?
yes, of course
go jr go
If i sweat do i lose wieght?
no. when your sweating, your losing body fluids. water weight. when your drink some water, youll be back to normal weight. your exercising, thats why your losing weight. your metabolism.
Reply:Sweating doesn't mean you're losing weight, it means that you're body is overheated. Working out to the point that your body is overheated will make you lose weight (granted that you don't go and eat a cheeseburger and fries afterwards.. or before for that matter) but sitting in a hot room and sweating because it's 80 degrees isn't losing weight.
Reply:Sure you'll lose weight, but it is water weight. The good news is that if you are sweating due to physical activity (as opposed to sitting in a hot room), you will be gaining muscle mass/losing body fat. So while the weight you lose by sweating can be quickly gained back through drinking fluids, the long term effect can be more beneficial.

If i sweat due to hot weather, do i burn calories??
If I sweat due to hot weather, do i burn up calories like when Im exercising?
If i sweat due to hot weather, do i burn calories??
there is no relation between the two...
while u exercising, your muscles will work and increases the body temperature ( you know how ?? ).
whenever you work/exercise, it uses the calories ( from carbohydrates/fat) and burn them. in this burning process heat will be produced. Due to this your inner body temperature increase than the outer body temperature...then it causes for sweat.
In second case, in hot weather your body temp rises ( not due to burning of calories)... so here you sweat..
So due to hot weather we don't burn calories. ( very few ..negligible comparing to exercise )
If i sweat due to hot weather, do i burn calories??
yes same as if you are cold
Reply:yes , you burn more calories because it takes more energy to do things and your body works harder
Reply:i think you're just losing water, like in a sauna or so
Reply:You always burn calories, but not like you do when you exercise.
Reply:i don't think so
Reply:If you sweat for whatever reason, you do burn calories, but the numerical value of calories burnt will be approximately 30% less than that when you burn in normal condition.
Reply:yes, and to correct you the human body sweats all the time it how our bodies regulate. You just sweat profusely when you exercise.
Reply:no. If you sit there, and you dont move, and the hot weather make you sweat (without moving), how are you gonna burn calories?
Reply:yes, but not many unless you are moving around or exercising
Reply:sweat is a loss of water; However, when you sweat it is actually a temperature regulator.
Your body wants to stay a certain temperature. If you sweat it's because you need to cool down. The sweat makes you a bit colder.
Reply:Yes, BUT not the same amount that you would if you were exercising... unless you are sweating WHILE exercising!!
Reply:Yes, you do burn off some calories, but more importantly, sweating is the body's way of getting rid of toxins and shedding dead skin cells.
Very healthy to sweat...
Reply:yes, heat burns calories, so when the body is hot you burn more calories
Reply:Kish has the right answer. A calorie is the amount of energy it takes to raise the temperature of one cc of water one degree celcius at one atmosphere. So technically speaking, it is a unit of energy. Sweating is the body's attempt to regulate overheating by the evaporation of water on the skin, cooling the underlying blood vessles. "Burning calories" is a misnomer. You actually convert more calories when you assist the body's cooling mechanism. If you are cooling effectively, the hypothalmus will kick in and raise the metabolic rate, resulting in greater calorie production.

Sex question!!! honest answers please!!!?
I have never had sex long enough to make ME sweat, the other night I was with someone and had the most amazing sex.. i thought it was always in the movies that they sweat during sex......... oh my god!!! how wrong was I and where have I been... how many people think that when you have sex and your both sweating that it is the BIGGEST turnon EVER!!! and the great thing is he was wanting to satisfy me in EVERY way and wasn't worried about himself? I am also curious.. he said he could have like 4-5 different times, but held off and then I told him I wanted him to go ahead after hours of already pleasing me he said he really didn't need to, just holding me was satisfying enough for him, is that true or could I just not get him to?
Sex question!!! honest answers please!!!?
hahhaha. i dated this guy. he actually needed a certain amount of familiarity and affection just to get off. it was novel. he was very sweet. love of my life in fact.

Reply:This is true. He wasnt worried about himself he wanted to please you. Its ok for you to just cuddle ..who knows after you cuddled for awhile maybe he just might want more. He probably did close to having an orgasm that many times.
Reply:Well it is possible, but who cares I envy you. A great night of sex with a partner who is just willing to please you is great. Keep up the good work. Heck I'm turned on just thinking about it. LOL

2. I think that he was telling the truth. I am still a virgin, but when I think about it, all I would like to do would be to pleasure my partner. It would be more of a challenge and I just love it when my make my gf happy.

I am interested in Computer/Electrical Engineering and I have Hyperhidrosis?
Hello, I am interested in Computer/Electronic/Electrical Engineering and I have Hyperhidrosis (Excessive sweating of the palms)
How much will my sweating of the hands affect me if I choose this major? How much will it affect me working as an Computer/Electrical Engineer?
Would my sweating of the palms be a big problem if I choose this major? Or should I just choose a different major that doesn't involve dealing with electrical stuff?
Answers will be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
I am interested in Computer/Electrical Engineering and I have Hyperhidrosis?
I'm an Engineer and had hyperhidrosis for a long time before getting rid of it.
It was not too much additional risk, since most of the circuitry I work on is low voltage (5V, 12V). It takes about 30V to get through your skin, under average conditions, and that's the threshhold for tingling.
When it came to higher voltage circuits, such as 110VAC or 15KV plasma, I would not have direct contact with those anyway (at least not intentionally!)
Hyperhidrosis can be caused by food allergies, or a mineral/vitamin deficiency. I had it for a long time before learning this.
Check out this article about hyperhidrosis, grains, and sugars. Scroll about halfway down the page.

I had hyperhidrosis and other symptoms for many years. I tried all the usual treatments including ETS surgery, prescriptions, antiperspirants, botox, etc. The surgery was most helpful but several years later hyperhidrosis began to return.
This year I was diagnosed with food allergies due to celiac disease. I eliminated wheat, dairy, and sugar from my diet. I stopped all prescriptions and began taking supplements with B Vitamins, Folic Acid, magnesium and other minerals.

Your malady can cause problems if you call attention to it or try to be secretive about it. It will not come up on an application form or interview unless you bring it up, in which case you are engaging in self-sabotage. You probably are already well versed in methods of coping with this problem, so it doesn't present a real threat in either field, even with a lot of "hands-on" work. If necessary, you can glove when working with sensitive parts, but that's already a requirement for "normal" people to keep the fatty acids from their hands from etching the parts.
I worked for many years as an Electrical Engineer, and was actively engaged in "early" computer installation and maintenance. I've also worked in Quality Control and as an Electronics Repair Technician. In all my experience I saw no one lose a job or endanger others or equipment because of "sweaty hands". Furthermore, the concept that people's palm sweat when they are nervous is so firmly entrenched in the working world that your condition is very likely to pass unnoticed. Drying one's hands before accepting a handshake or touching another's work is considered a sign of respectful behavior in many circles.
Reply:Home wiring would be your most dangerous activity, probably. Even then , no one should ever come in contact with a hot wire. If you wind up as an electronics designer, most fields use low voltages. (except TVs, radar, etc.)

Allergic to someone else's Sweat??
I think I saw something like it on Oprah when Dr. Oz was on, where a women was allergic to her husband's sweat. I was wondering why/how it happens, becuase lately I think I'm allergic to my bf sweat...
Allergic to someone else's Sweat??
I watched that show too. I remember he said that it wasn't necessarily the sweat (contains acids, body oils, salts, ammonia, enzymes) but the bacteria that was naturally on the underarms that combined with the sweat that secreted from his pores.
The bacteria was the main culprit for the woman having a reaction towards his body odor. Sweat doesn't smell until it combines with the bacteria. So bacteria + sweat = Nasty smell and staining on clothes.
She wasn't allergic but couldn't stand the smell. She just used that word to express that she couldn't deal with the smell in her bed, on her, and in the laundry. Some sunblocks can cause a stinging sensation when you sweat, so if he uses any make sure he switches to something chemical-free.
Food and some deoderants make the smell worse. Topical anti-biotics help but know that it never goes away. Diets can help moderate it (keep him away from stuff like garlic, it only makes it worse). Also, botox can be injected under the armpits ($$$$$$$) that helps to stop excessive sweat. He should try to wash his armpits at least twice a day (or shower at least twice a day). Frequent washing kills the bacteria. He should wear all-cotton which lets skin breath and helps to reduce excessive sweating. Armpits are notorious areas for sweat odor.
There is actually a rare sweat-related disease that emits a fish odor. It's called Trimethylamineuria. There is no way to completely get rid of it but it can be moderated through diet. Just be glad he doesn't have this! He'll clear you out of the room!
Allergic to someone else's Sweat??
Well, don't go near him when he's sweaty. Everyone has a different chemical balance and maybe yours don't react well together.
Reply:Strange...I have no idea.
Reply:you might be allergic to the soap he uses, I'm allergic to Irish springs and my husband likes it, I don't have a problem being near him unless he's sweaty. Weird, Hmmm

My daughter has had a sweat problem for 15 years.......?
When we moved to Egypt from the UK it was quite a traumatic experience for us all. My daughter was 4 at the time and not long after moving here she was upset because noone wanted to hold her sweaty hands. I thought she would grow out of it but the condition has worsened - she is now 19 and the sweat drips from her hands; particularly when she is under stress. Is there any medication or cream or is the only answer an operation on the sweat glands and if this is the case what does it entail?
Is this loss of fluids dangerous? Can it affect the kidneys?
I do hope there is a solution. She is a student at uni, but is concerned about what career she can hope to achieve with this problem. Please help. We are still living in Egypt, but could return to UK for surgery if necessary.
My daughter has had a sweat problem for 15 years.......?
Two approaches which may be of value are:
1. the use of tap water iontopheresis using either the device from Fisher Scientific in USA (which comes with DVD instructions) or the device from Drionic.
2. Botox injected directly into the palms (will give 4 to 6 months of relief). However, this approach is often very painful in the palms.
In either case you will need to see a dermatologist to set you up with the treatment.
My daughter has had a sweat problem for 15 years.......?
She could get Botox. It will make her sweat glads stop working so hard for about 6-10 months.

After taking medicine for my fever, why do I sweat while sleeping?
Sometimes I sweat very profusely during sleep after taking my medication for my fever. However, I don't sweat during the daytime even after taking my medication.
What is happening to a person's body in this case?
After taking medicine for my fever, why do I sweat while sleeping?
maybe you're having withdrawl symptoms from your fever.
After taking medicine for my fever, why do I sweat while sleeping?
This is how your body cools down from the fever and gets rid of the extra heat.
Perhaps you do not notice it much n the daytime because you are not under the covers.
Reply:There are basically 2 phases to a fever:
Shivering to increase the body temperature
Sweating and body posture to lower the body temperature

How much do you sweat after a long workout?
I am a Tennis player, and a soccer player, I usually work out at least 2 hours a day. After my work out I relize that I am drenched everywhere. I was even wearing some really loose clothing, just tank top, and shorts. Is this normal? How much do you sweat after a workout, and where do you sweat?
How much do you sweat after a long workout?
You might want to pay more attention to your hydration.....
Your athletic performance can start to suffer with as little as a pound or two of water loss. Electrolytes can become an issue as well.
Everyone's sweat rate is different. I've had mine measured at over 2 liters per hour for a hard cycling workout in 85掳 temps.
How much do you sweat after a long workout?
It really depends on what type of workout I have. I dance and sweat more in my hip hop classes then my ballet classes. I also do bikram yoga and sweat a ton since the room is 100 degrees. i sweat a lot on face and back...weird.
Reply:Everyone sweats differently. For myself it takes an extreme amount of heat for me to sweat. Others it takes much less. I would not worry about it.
Reply:Sweating is your body's way to combat heat. The sweat is your body's natural cooling system. It's ok to sweat, it means that you are properly hydrated.
Reply:I work out fairly often.
3 days weight training/ cardio
2 days of 45 minutes of cardio.
I sweat most on my cardio days.
By the way, I'm a 26 year old male, who has started working out frequently only 5 months ago.
Either way,
The top of my chest gets real sweaty, my arm pits get sweaty, my face/hair gets sweaty, and (nasty) my belly button area gets sweaty.
Yuck, I wish I didn't sweat so much.
Reply:I have been working out everyday for the past month at least 2-3hrs a day, and I too am absolutely drenched by the time my work out is finished. It will start from my head and all the way down to my legs. Surpringly enough, the only place that is not that bad are my arm pits, probably because of the great deodorant I use! This is deemed to be normal, it just means that you are healthy and are releasing toxins out of your body. I would only get concerned if you were sweating profusely without working out, then I would definitely see someone about it, but because you are active, I see no reason for you to be concerned.
Reply:After soccer I used to be drenched also! Its alot of running.

鈾 need help???
I need to tone up and get into shape before Christams (two months to go) for a big event...I want to lose about 9 -10 pounds and look skinner but the problem is sometimes I'm not in the mood to exercise...also. I can't exercise without sweating first. U know what I mean? First I have to sweat and then I can exercise...how do I do that? (sweating makes me in the mood to exercise) and also...can exercise affect your growth, like make you taller? lol
鈾 need help???
Unfortunately you will have to exercise...even if it's just walking, or doing squats etc while watching TV.
I would suggest cutting out all fast food and junk food. Instead of having a bag of chips for a snack.. make popcorn, or have an apple. Eat a salad for lunch. You'll be surprised how slimmed down you can get from making healthier eating choices.
Also drink water instead of soda!
Get your friends involved when you aren't in the mood to exercise.. go for walks or play Frisbee etc
鈾 need help???
i don't think exercise can make you taller. and if you wanna sweat before working out turn the heat up in the house.. and then turn it back to normal and go exercise
Reply:It won't make you taller. If you set aside a time each day and stick with it, it will help you stay in the mood.
Reply:one way to lose some easy pounds is to drink nothing but water, i have been doing it for a month and a half and i feel great, sleep better, and have more energy during the day
Reply:IF YOU BELONG TO A GYM GO INSIDE THE SONIA FIRST BEFORE YOU WORK OUT . IF YOU DO NOT BELONG TO A GYM . GO TO YOU CAR A TURN ON THE HEATER FULL BLAST . BUT FIRST WEAR PLASTIC TRASH BAG UNDER SOME BIG HEAVY SWEATS AND SWEATS PANTS .. AND DRIVE AROUND UNTIL YOU ARE REALLY SWEATY
Reply:If this big event is so important to loose 10 pounds for, you'll put your mind to your goal and go for it...

Which deoderant is best?
im looking for a deoderant that doesnt really stop sweat because i dont have a sweating problem, im just looking for one thats a really good odor fighter. if theres one thats both then hell, bring it on. but the one i have now is ladys speed stick, and soft and dri, and well i hate to say it but they suck, they only stop the sweat .. which i dont need, and dont exactly work. after i work out, its as if i just used a skunks bum as a deoderant. (you know what i mean) so if you have anything i can pick up at the drug store, or at any local place (no online orders) just let me know !!

Reply:The best is ADIDAS for women - no aluminium, but will definitely keep you dry and odor free for 24 hours. I was surprised.
Reply:Adidas, Mitchim, or Secret Gel!!!!
Reply:I don't like the sickly smelling deodorants or any of the ones you buy in a normal store. I just want one that eliminates any bad smells (from my underarms) and does nothing else. What I found is a deodorant crystal (from Thailand, I think) that does this. I don't think most stores carry them, though a health food store may. I just buy one crystal (less than 10 dollars; you can mail order it) and that one has lasted for five years using it every day. The source gives you somewhere where you can order one.
Reply:Each body type is different. So different deodorants work on different people. After I have used a deodorant 4 to 6 months the one I am using starts to loose its effects and I have to change brands.Good Luck.
Reply:I like Arrid clear gel. I like Secret, too, but not as much, and it smells too perfumey to me.
I like Arrid because it stops the stinkies and the sweat, and also it's a clear gel, so no white stuff on my shirts. I know a lot of brands promise that, but Arrid gel is the only one I have found that actually delivers on the no-white-stuff promise.
Also, just an idea for after workouts. Take some of those flushable wipes for toddlers with you in your gym bag. Just wipe your underarms really well with one of those, and then re-apply deodorant. That should help get rid of the skunk's bum thing. I know a lot of people who do that.
Reply:i like secret, it's good. but u can use degree, that's good and wont leave marks

If you are cooling effectively, the hypothalmus will kick in and raise the metabolic rate, resulting in greater calorie production.

whenever you work/exercise, it uses the calories ( from carbohydrates/fat) and burn them. in this burning process heat will be produced.
Sex question!!! honest answers please!!!?
hahhaha. i dated this guy. he actually needed a certain amount of familiarity and affection just to get off. it was novel. he was very sweet. love of my life in fact.

idk?

Reply:Lets see, men usually don't take much to ***. Maybe this guy was just holding out because he enjoyed pleasing you. However, then again, maybe u are right and u wasn't doing it for him, which i doubt cause Men can still *** even if they aren't attracted to the person.
Reply:yes it's 100% true

Reply:This is true. He wasnt worried about himself he wanted to please you. Its ok for you to just cuddle ..who knows after you cuddled for awhile maybe he just might want more. He probably did close to having an orgasm that many times.
Reply:Well it is possible, but who cares I envy you. A great night of sex with a partner who is just willing to please you is great. Keep up the good work. Heck I'm turned on just thinking about it. LOL
Reply:you couldn't gt him off
Reply:I think its really sweet that he wanted to please you so much stop asking questions and tell him to do it again Lol
Reply:I think at the end of the day, when it comes to sex, guy's got to relieve themselves...!
Reply:1. The sweat thing is a turn on for me, but "to each his/her own".
2. I think that he was telling the truth. I am still a virgin, but when I think about it, all I would like to do would be to pleasure my partner. It would be more of a challenge and I just love it when my make my gf happy.
3. He could have, but I am sure that he had his reasons, maybe he just wanted to cuddle and relax after having so much fun.

She could get Botox. It will make her sweat glads stop working so hard for about 6-10 months.

What is it about sweat that makes it stink so bad?
Another question is why some sweat more than others, and why some people smell worse then others when they sweat?
What is it about sweat that makes it stink so bad?
Your body works best when its temperature is about 98.6潞 Fahrenheit (37潞 Celsius). When your body gets hotter than that, your brain doesn't like it 鈥?it wants your body to stay cool and comfortable. So the part of your brain that controls temperature, called the hypothalamus (say: hy-po-thal-uh-mus), sends a message to your body, telling it to sweat.
Then special glands in your skin called 鈥?what else? 鈥?sweat glands start making sweat. Sweat is also known as perspiration (say: pur-spuh-ray-shun), and it is made almost completely of water, with tiny amounts of other chemicals like ammonia (say: uh-mown-yuh), urea (say: yoo-ree-uh), salts, and sugar. (Ammonia and urea are left over when your body breaks down protein.)
The sweat leaves your skin through tiny holes called pores. When the sweat hits the air, the air makes it evaporate (this means it turns from a liquid to a vapor). As the sweat evaporates off your skin, you cool down.
Sweat is a great cooling system, but if you're sweating a lot on a hot day or after playing hard you could be losing too much water through your skin. Then you need to put liquid back in your body by drinking plenty of water so you won't get dehydrated (say: dee-hi-drayt-ed).
Why Does Sweat Smell?
Sweat isn't just wet 鈥?it can be kind of stinky, too. But the next time you get a whiff of yourself after running around outside and want to blame your sweat glands, hold on! Sweat by itself doesn't smell at all. It's the bacteria that live on your skin that mix with the sweat and give it a stinky smell. And when you reach puberty, special hormones affect the glands in your armpits 鈥?these glands make sweat that can really smell.
Luckily, regular washing with soap and water can usually keep stinky sweat under control. Many teens and adults also find that wearing deodorant (say: dee-oh-der-ent) or antiperspirant (say: an-tee-pur-sper-ent) helps.
So don't worry about a little sweat 鈥?it's totally normal and everybody sweats. Sometimes too much sweating can be a sign that there is something wrong in the body, but this is rare in kids. If you notice more sweat, it's usually just a sign that it's time to start using a deodorant or antiperspirant. But if you think you have a sweat problem, talk to your parent or your doctor about it.
What is it about sweat that makes it stink so bad?
its u.. lolz
Reply:its urea... its your human waste...
Sweating (also called perspiration or sometimes transpiration) is the loss of a watery fluid, consisting mainly of sodium chloride (commonly known as salt) and urea in solution, that is secreted by the sweat glands in the skin of mammals
Reply:The bacteria on your skin.
Reply:BACTERIA
Reply:Decaying bacterium.
Reply:It is because of part of the actual sweat that has smell and it is called Bababooey
Reply:There are two things that can cause stink in sweat which is essensially urea...1. is bacterial growth on the surface of your skin 2. is what you have eaten. If you eat garlicy stuff that will emitt an more foul odor this is why some who eat more garlicy or pungent foods tend to have stinkier sweat than others.
Reply:Ours bodies have two ways of removing waste. The skin is one of them.
Reply:Bacteria in your skin begins to activate and multiply as your sweat feeds it. Body chemistry also has an impact on how bad someone smells. Some people stink after a game of 2 on 2 while other can run a marathon and not smell bad at all.
Reply:Sweat doesn't smell bad. It smells good. It's only when it's stale from not washing that it smells bad.
Reply:when you sweat there is a bit of urine in the sweat.
Reply:Its the bacteria rather than the sweat. Sweat on a clean body doesnt smell.
Reply:nothing!!!
it is not the sweat that makes you stinks but the bacteria is. when you sweat you create a place that is convenient for bacterias and microorganism to live.
Reply:This is because sweat is a waste product from your body. Sweat contain urea and bacteria that makes it stink.

Reply:Okay! It's bacterias that make it smell bad.The answer to the second question would be the different metabolisms we have, the diets we have among other things and they smell worse because they probably don't use any protection against it(which would be a very effective anti-perspirant to protect you at least 12 hours a day) cause in such a polluted environment like ours just washing it's not enough anymore.
Reply:In my opinion it depends on what you consume. When you under stand the function of your sweat glands then you will see why it is necessary to sweat. Your sweat glands "Excrete" out things that are in your system. It is also a way of cooling off but, it functions in the same manner as your bladder. That's why it's so nasty to people that pigs don't sweat.
Reply:Why does sweat smell?
When it's fresh, sweat doesn't smell. Things only get smelly after a few hours, when bacteria begins to break it down. It's particularly noticeable under the armpits and around the groin and nipples where the sweat glands are most concentrated.
Why some sweat more than others?
Sweating is your body's way of cooling itself. People who sweat excessively may have a condition called hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis is sweating in excess of what is necessary to maintain body temperature. Generally speaking, the condition has no cause, although certain diseases or disorders can contribute to having hyperhidrosis. People seek treatment, both non-surgical and surgical, for hyperhidrosis when it has a significant impact on their quality of life. Hyperhidrosis can affect the palms, underarms, feet, face, and/or scalp, or combinations of those areas. The severity of hyperhidrosis depends on the individual. Patients may have problems at work or school because of excessive sweating on the palms, which can make it difficult to function. The University of Minnesota soon will begin using a device that seeks to objectively measure sweating to evaluate how treatments are working. Generally, there is no cause for hyperhidrosis, although certain psychiatric or metabolic problems can lead to the condition.
Why some people smell worse than others?
Some people鈥檚 apocrine glands are bigger and more active than others. Similarly, some of us have more tenacious skin bacteria. Some people may find that they sweat much more than normal, a condition known as hyperhydrosis. Certain unusual-smelling body odours are symptoms of more serious complaints.
Reply:Sweat itself has no odor. The sweat under your arms contains fatty acids and proteins, when this mixes with the bacteria that rests on the skin that is what creates the smell. There are certain conditions that cause people to sweat more than the average person and that is why they appear to smell more, because they sweat more
Reply:Sweat is basically just salt and water, though, so it doesn't have a distinctive smell of its own. The smell is actually caused by bacteria on our skin that eats the sweat and excretes waste that has a strong odor.
Issues which affect the intensity of the odor: diet--Alcohol, spicy foods, garlic, cumin, caffeine and hot drinks can all cause us to sweat more. Medical conditions disease and fever affect odor. Drugs can affect quantity and intensity of odor. Anxiety and heredity are also factors.
Reply:When you sweat, it's not the sweat itself that actually produces what some like to call B.O. Sweat is your body's way of excreting waste from your body which contains salt, urea, and ammonia. It's the bacteria that is present on your skin and under your arms that actually causes it to smell and some people smell worse than others depending on how much bacteria is present.
Reply:bacteria. some seat more cuz they have bigger, or more sweat glands. they stink more because of the same reason they sweat more. the more or bigger the glands, the more the bacteria, and the more that they stink
Reply:It works like this: Your sweat has no smell. You secrete oils from you hair follicles, the sweat is salty, the salt dissolves the oil which creates a smell. This is the different between an Antiperspirant, and a Deodorant. A Deodorant gets into the hair follicles and stops the oil from coming out. An Antiperspirant stop you from sweating but still allows your hair to secrete oil.
Reply:Two things make sweat stink. The glands in your arm pits and
pubic area secrete proteins which are a food source for
bacteria which create the odor there. Additionally, as
previously mentioned, wastes or 'toxins' are secreted in
sweat. I believe LCing increases concentration of these wastes
including ketones which increase odor and skin sensitivity.
Reply:Your actual sweat (or perspiration) doesn't actually smell. It is actually bacteria breaking down the proteins in your sweat that emits an odor.
Reply:Some people dont know how to wear deodorant, after showering, or maybe they just jump in the water and NOT really CLEAN themselves, like using soap. Or maybe they dont shower and its the same smell they carry with them all over.
Its more than likely what they eat and drink to have offensive body odor
Reply:bacteria or machetes

Reply:Your body works best when its temperature is about 98.6潞 Fahrenheit (37潞 Celsius).

Having hot flashes, night sweats, and loss of concentration.?
I have been having hot flashes for about 4 months now, about 20 small ones a day and 4 big ones where my neck becomes drenched with sweat. I feel like I have been in a daze for the same amount of time, where even my typing seems like its being affected. The night sweats leave me feeling tired during the day and out of it. I have two children and my son was just born about 8 months ago. I know majority of people would say no brainer, menopause..... the thing is I am only 22, I have a doc appointment on the 18th but just wondering if this is normal after having a boy, or if it could be anything else besides perimenopause. thanks
Having hot flashes, night sweats, and loss of concentration.?
Are you on any medications? that could be a side effect to it. Or if you jsut had your baby it could be that your body is getting back to normal. Good luck.
Having hot flashes, night sweats, and loss of concentration.?
ask the doc,you are wayyy to young for menopause.
Reply:hi i know u may suspect that ur way to young for menapause....sp? but i have read somewhere that a girl as young as 21 has had it, there are some rare cases of having it at a young age, you should definatly ask a doctor to be sure and to find out whats really going on with u! good luck
Reply:Hot flashes are experienced by many women, but not all women undergoing menopause experience hot flashes. A hot flash is a feeling of warmth that spreads over the body, but is often most strongly felt in the head and neck regions. Hot flashes may be accompanied by perspiration or flushing. Hot flashes usually last from 30 seconds to several minutes. Although the exact cause of hot flashes is not fully understood, hot flashes are thought to be due to a combination of hormonal and biochemical fluctuations brought on by declining estrogen levels.
Hot flashes occur in up to 40% of regularly menstruating women in their forties, so they often begin before the menstrual irregularities characteristic of menopause even begin. About 80% of women will be finished having hot flashes after five years. Sometimes (in about 10% of women), hot flashes can last as long as 10 years.
Sometimes hot flashes are accompanied by night sweats (episodes of drenching sweats at nighttime). This may lead to awakening and difficulty falling asleep again, resulting in unrefreshing sleep and daytime tiredness.
Nonprescription products are not controlled by the FDA because they are considered food supplements by law. Because they are not regulated like prescription medications, their ingredients and potency vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, and even from bottle to bottle from the same manufacturer. Also, careful testing and proof of safety is not required as it is with prescription medications. (The only way the FDA can recall a nonprescription product is by proving that it is dangerous.) Furthermore, there are so many nonprescription products available that a doctor cannot possibly know exactly what is in each preparation. Moreover, not one of these products has been scientifically proven to be safe.
Reply:You may experience some normal physical and hormonal changes in your body after birth including:
* hot flashes;
* night sweating;
* increased urination (for first few days after birth);
* dry skin;
* temporary hair loss;
* vaginal dryness;
* mood swings.
These are only temporary and should decrease as your body returns to its pre-pregnant state.
Eight months does seem a little long though. Some women do enter menopause young, but I'd say see your doctor because he'll be able to best tell you.

Can other people's sweat be absorbed into your own skin?
What if someone just did some substance, and somehow this was sweated out.. what if this sweat touches a person..
Can other people's sweat be absorbed into your own skin?
Yes, it can.
Substance,...If you mean "drugs or alcohole," yes in fact it can be carried through sweat. BUT, the amount of drugs or alcohole you'll obsorb through someone elses sweat, will be very minimal or next to non. You wouldn't be able to feel the effects unfortunately,...aka a very poor way to get high.

How do u stop sweat from ur armpits????
Some people sweat way more than others try secret platinum deodorant if that doesn't work then doctor's have botox injections for your arm pits and it will make you stop sweating. That's why I really don't own any white shirts
Reply:Wear Secret Deodorant Clinical Strength antiperspirant/Deoderant it works VERY WELL
Reply:Try that arm and hammer stuff it works
Reply:Mitchum deodorant is pretty good too. If it's really bad there's a condition where people have too much excess sweat so maybe go visit your doctor?
Reply:I think dermatologists have a weapon in their arsenal these days to help people with areas of excessive sweating. I don't know any details off the top of my head, but you might do a little computer searching, see what you can find, and then have a word with a dermatologist.
Reply:You not want to stop the sweat from your arm pits, its just the way your body works, its how it get rid of toxins in your body.
Just wear pads under your arms and change them out when you need to.
Reply:I suggest IF you have hair under your arms you need to shave that first, because hair is known to hold in a lot of moisture. Then you need to find the best dedorant thats right for you. Suggestions: lady speed stick, secret, or dove.
Reply:I know how it feels, I've been through it and still is!!! I hated it !!!! Scared and nervous that people would smell you which is maybe they do but they wouldn' tell you...like duh We can't help it..I tried everything like doc, prescription, oral medication none of them help so I did a little research...maybe your hormones are imbalance so, try to go on bc(I did) cause when I have anxiety the problem gets worse. Or every night take a cool shower with anitbacterial soap(dial) wash it out and than scrub your body with a loofah sponge, put secret clinical prescription next day put on your regular deoderant thats what I do, By the way you have to live with it til it gets better on its own(hopefully it will). hope tis will help try it for aleast 2 weeks

Is it normal to sweat alot when you are having stress/anxiety??
i'm really stressed out and literally dripping with sweat.....my windows are open and it's like 37 degrees F. outside right now, so i know it's not because it's hot out....
is it normal for stress to make you sweat??
Is it normal to sweat alot when you are having stress/anxiety??
When we become anxious or stressed, our heart begins to pump blood faster through our body to ensure that we are ready for either fight or flight. This also causes our body temperature to rise and sweating is our body's response to cool us off. So sweating is going to be increased during times of stress and anxiety.
Is it normal to sweat alot when you are having stress/anxiety??
Yes. Its common enough.
Reply:Yup.
Reply:Perfectly normal. It could be worse, you could shake or something.
Reply:Anxiety is the ultimate way the mind runs the body. And when we are under a great deal of stress our mind directly uses our body as the thinking process. So, our bodies are in charge of the thinking instead of the mind and under these circumstances the body will sweat, ache and sometimes break down completely because it isn't capable of performing a task not of it's purpose. Just relax and bit and let your mind wander and think and have someone massage you to ease your nerves wen you are in a lot of stress!
Reply:Yes, you will grow out of it.

Why can't i sweat???
why can't i sweat at the gym.? I get very overheated and it is very difficult for me to break a sweat. My body is overheated and it won't cool down unless I stop exercising.
Why can't i sweat???
NO Water NO Sweat!
Why can't i sweat???
Are you drinking water
Reply:Not enough body fat
Reply:Well, when your body overheats like that, you want to be sure to drink lots of fluids to keep you cool. Try seeing a doctor. Maybe you're having some glandular issues.
Reply:You better go to the dr! There could be something wrong. Are you drinking alot of water? You need to, especially while you work out. That is also a sign of diabetes. GET CHECKED OUT!!!
Reply:hi
To answer your question since i had the same probleam, i found out that the reason i was not sweating at the gym is because my body was not hyrdrated enough. Which means you need to start drinking a lot of water to make sure your body has something to sweat. Try driking 60oz of water before you go to the gym and always have water with you at the gym as well. Good Luck

Reply:U r not drinkin not enough water...................drink....nd probably u will like to see a doctor...
Reply:two solutions to try before freaking out and going to the doctor:
1) drink more water before, during, and after your workouts.
2) tone it down a notch during your workout. you want to work out within your target heart rate...pushing yourself too hard actualy turns your workout into anaerobic exercise, during which you will not sweat because you are not working within a good range for your heart.
if you are working out in your target heartrate and staying hydrated and still not sweating, then by all means see a doctor.
Reply:Your sweat glands must have a problem visit a specialist and find out because at the gym there is vigorous work for one to be able to sweat, it is surprisingly that you dont!
Reply:This is a dangerous condition...you should speak with your physician immediately and plan to see a specialist. It could be as simple as inadequately hydrated; however, it could also be complicated and require surgical procedures to combat the problem. See the websites below:

How do you keep sweat from rolling into your eyes?
During my outdoor runs, my eyes burn from the sweat that gets into my eyes. I find sweat band really uncomfortable...any other ideas?
How do you keep sweat from rolling into your eyes?
I always had the same problem until I started wearing a cap. The headband keeps the sweat out of my eyes and the bill of the cap gives me more shade and keeps me from squinting my eyes. Using a cap with an open mesh can help with air circulation. I have never tried a visor, but that should also work. It may take a while to get use to wearing a cap, but it has solved the problem for me. Get one that can be adjusted for head size.

tie a shirt around ur head... many of teh guys on my XC team do this.... DONT LET THIS PREVENT U FROM RUNNING!! good luck!
Reply:how about a hankerchief.
Reply:use a basketball head band they use it for the same reason or use a bandanna

First thing in the morning they start to sweat immediately! and throughout the day, sometimes dripping sweat, but it stops at night. what could be the cause of this?
My feet and hands sweat too much....?
I don't know why, but I believe the condition is called hyperhidrosis. I used to sweat too much under my arms...it got to be such an annoying problem that I was putting napkins and paper towels under my arms! I found a product called Maxim. It works miracles. I have not had a problem since I started using it more than a year ago. I had to apply it at night, every night, in the beginning, but now only once a week or so. It's supposed to be good for any part of your body that you have this problem, hands, feet, underarms, whatever. I've put the website below. By the way, a bottle lasts for a very long time. There is definitely itching/burning when I've used it, but it's VERY WORTH IT! My friends and I have all tried and swear by it. I'm sure it would work for you. Good luck!

summer, because it get s hot.
Reply:My son has the same problem. The doc said to spray antiperspirant on them...it does help. (not deodorant)
Reply:It's nerves
Reply:maybe your too nevous. what you need to do is let loose. fur real
Reply:Get DRYSOL antipersperant (you may need a perscription to get it) ask as pharmacist to see if you can get it without perscript. ) It's a alcohol based product you apply at night and it keeps your pores from sweating. The only side effect is that the perspiring might migrate to somewhere else on your body to be released (ie. armpits or back).
Reply:A possible skin disorder. Stress of the dermis (or epidermis?) (not really sure). Better consult your doctor immediately. Mine was resolved by application of 70% rubbing alcohol every morning.

Wet dreams!
Reply:he's probably cheating on you and now his conscience is catching up to him
Reply:It is a symptom of cancer. Any other symptoms of cancer?? Could be a symptom of sleep apnea. See a doctor if he is concerned. It may just very well be that he is a heavy sleeper and doesn't rouse as a result of body temperature changes.
Reply:turn the electric blanket off
Reply:High Blood pressure can, bad diets, overweight, too much testosterone, too much caffeine, etc....
I sleep with a fan on me everynight, winter or summer, forced air also allows better breathing.
Hi stress, worries also creates this, relaxing helps, lifestyle changes may be needed.
If he is very skinny and has a high metabilism he may also have these, especially if he eats a lot of sweets and soda.
Good luck!
Reply:well is he fat. Cause fat people tend to sweat a lot. no offense xD
Reply:Does he drink a lot of Booze
