Underarm sweat.....?

my friend sweats a lot under her arms. She has regular deoderant, but it doesn%26#039;t work. Any ideas?

either get the clinical strength stuff (secret, degree all make it, there is also one called Certain Dri that I have used and works wonders!) These have to be applied at night so they absorb into your skin. You can shower in the morning AND put over regular strength deodorant if you wish, but you really don%26#039;t need to. Sometimes I would only have to apply the clinical strength stuff every other day because it does such a great job! If that still doesn%26#039;t work, a dermatologist can prescribe something called Drysol Dab-o-Matic which is prescription strength stuff. I work at a pharmacy and several patients are very happy with the results obtained from using it.

there is this one deoderant that helps with people who sweat alot. I believe it is dove and i believe degree has one to. If these doesnt work mabey she could go to a doctor to give her something perscribed

Reply:The problem is that your friend is using deoderant, which only deoderizes underarms. She should try antiperspirant, like Lady%26#039;s Speed Stick.
Reply:I recommend Certain Dri, like someone above said you put it on while you%26#039;re sleeping and it actually closes the pores in that area. I do this along with putting on a strong antiperspirant/deodorant after I take a shower. I%26#039;m a guy and I use Mitchum. This works wonders, as I used to have a huge sweating problem.
Reply:well, deodorant is not enough, its also in her diet. she have to take a bath daily, in the mornings and the evenings before she goes to sleep, soaking in a tub filled with scents is not enough scrubbing the armpit with a soft towel is also good, she%26#039;d better not borrow someone shirt or clothes, if she%26#039;s a hyper person she better bring with her extra shirts so that everytime she starts to sweat and before she%26#039;s soaked atleast she can change her shirt immediately.
