I started to sweat and smell for the first time in my life, after changing eating habits, can this be related?

My diet until I was 38 was meat and junk food, i never sweat and never ever smell bad, now for the last 3 years I eat much better, lots of vegetables, olive oil, whole wheat bread with nice grains,

almost no red meat ( maybe one portion every two months )

some fish and chicken, and I drink water insted of beer,

I sweat and smell strong, not very pleasnt, can this be related?

Yes it can. What we eat does secrete through our pores.
Reply:Think about it.

You started eating right, and now you smell.

When you were a junk food junkie, you didn%26#039;t smell.

I think your nose is working better now.

Reply:It very well could be. Your body is used to a certain type of food and you have turned it upside down. I went through the same thing only the opposite way. I, after changing from junk and meat stopped sweating altogether, and don%26#039;t even need to use deordorant. I still have meat, but only red once a month, and like you I eat whole wheat breads and brown rice. I do however drink wine. I would think based on the fact that we both had changes (mine was not bad in the first place, but is now non existant). I would suggest you talk to your doctor to see if there is a supplement or an additional food that may help. I have heard naturalpaths are good at this. I just won%26#039;t go because I happened to get a very bad one.
