Night sweats?

I don%26#039;t know what is causing this. It%26#039;s not really a night sweat, as I don%26#039;t really get sweaty, just really really hot. I%26#039;m 26 and it has happened as long as I can remember...so it%26#039;s not related to menopause. When I wake up at night, suddenly I%26#039;ll get a wave of heat over me. I know it%26#039;s not just perceived because my husband complains about the heat I%26#039;m radiating too. Does anybody else have this happen? Why does it happen?

I don%26#039;t know what%26#039;s causing it, but I had a similar problem. I started taking soy supplements and it stopped after a week or two. It%26#039;s inexpensive and easy to try. You can buy the soy tablets themselves or, if you take a calcium supplement, there%26#039;s a brand that includes soy.
