after game the best is to use cold shower..but not immediately as this would be really dangerous for your body..wait %26#039;bout 20-30 min and during this time try to rest..and then you can start with a bit warm water till you use the cold one..this helps 100 %

Reply:Maybe you should try a different deodorant. Its not a bad thing that you sweat especially if you drink a lot of fluids to keep you hydrated. Just don%26#039;t wear anything new .. try wearing a tank top or beater.. but since its getting cold in some places.. maybe buy a sweatshirt just for the cause! :)
