Not sure if this helps but my scrotum seems to sweat when I%26#039;m really nervous or anxious. ALso I work in the landscaping field and my scrotum sweats when I%26#039;m in extreme heat, sometimes causing a rash between my legs that is very painful until I get home and put baby powder on it.
