Does sweat turn white when it dries on your skin?

I had a friend who returned from playing basketball and had white crusty lines on his face, we then had a debate about it. He told me it was sweat, I said it wasn%26#039;t.
Does sweat turn white when it dries on your skin?
When sweat dries it leaves behind salts. That%26#039;s what was white.
Does sweat turn white when it dries on your skin?
Yes, it happens because it contains salt and minerals. It%26#039;s a natural process. I think it happens when you exercise too much. Recommend your friend drinking plenty of water.
Reply:my sweat has never turned white, ever.
Reply:the white is salt from the sweat , when you sweat your body looses salt
Reply:Your friend is lying. Sweat don%26#039;t turn white when it dries, but *** does
Reply:yes it also does that if you cry and don%26#039;t wipe your tears
Reply:For most people it does. My clothes and my skin will often have sweat lines like your friends after playing bball, roller hockey, or the like. It clears up with a simple wet towel.
Reply:I work in extreme temperatures so I sweat a lot. The white crusty outline is actually body salt which is exuded? with the sweat.
