Sometimes, when I sweat and it dries, my neck itches really badly. Should I get some medicine or a home cure to help me?

The easiest thing is just a wet washcloth, simply wipe off your neck. You can do this with a paper towel at school/work, or when you go out carry a handkerchief and water bottle.
The itch is from the skin drying out due to the salts in your sweat.
