im only 15 and ive been getting night sweats a few times, like 3 or 4 but then it happened againthis past night. could it be because the heater goes on during the night, i sleep with 4 blankets[a sheet, comforter, a thick flannel blacket, then a regular flannel blanket], then i wear these warm flannel pajamas. would that cause it...or no? please help! :]

Reply:wear woolie socks to bed and keep the pajamas, and ditch a couple of blankets. If your feet don%26#039;t get cold neither will the rest of your body and you won%26#039;t need anything but your comforter and maybe one blanket. Turn the thermostat down before going to bed.
