well for the past year or so i drank alot..never going 2 whole days without getting plastered..you see i%26#039;ve only drank one night out of about five nights, the last coupl nights ive been waking up every hour or two with my forehead just below my hairline with visible sweat beads...its not to hot an i keep a fan on me..what is going on here??also i think i have depression and alcoholism...idk im not going to no stupid doctor.. after alot of heavy drinking and such..i dont know who i am..and always act diffrent toward people and dont mean to...i dont look in ppls eyes either??whats going on?

You are in a constant state of detoxing at the moment, drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. Admitting to alcoholism is the first step, look up your nearest AA meeting, most community places have the info, and get yourself there. One thing I have learned through attending AA is look for the similarities, not the differences. Good luck, please email me if you want, I have alot of self experience dealing with alcoholism.

maybe you have been self medicating your depression with alcohol? Sounds like you got anxiety as well if you cant look at people in the eye. when you stop drinking you get sweaty and the shakes, it will pass.
