When we become anxious or stressed, our heart begins to pump blood faster through our body to ensure that we are ready for either fight or flight. This also causes our body temperature to rise and sweating is our body's response to cool us off. So sweating is going to be increased during times of stress and anxiety.

Yes. Its common enough.
Reply:Yup.
Reply:Perfectly normal. It could be worse, you could shake or something.
Reply:Anxiety is the ultimate way the mind runs the body. And when we are under a great deal of stress our mind directly uses our body as the thinking process. So, our bodies are in charge of the thinking instead of the mind and under these circumstances the body will sweat, ache and sometimes break down completely because it isn't capable of performing a task not of it's purpose. Just relax and bit and let your mind wander and think and have someone massage you to ease your nerves wen you are in a lot of stress!
Reply:Yes, you will grow out of it.
