鈾 need help???

I need to tone up and get into shape before Christams (two months to go) for a big event...I want to lose about 9 -10 pounds and look skinner but the problem is sometimes I'm not in the mood to exercise...also. I can't exercise without sweating first. U know what I mean? First I have to sweat and then I can exercise...how do I do that? (sweating makes me in the mood to exercise) and also...can exercise affect your growth, like make you taller? lol

Unfortunately you will have to exercise...even if it's just walking, or doing squats etc while watching TV.


I would suggest cutting out all fast food and junk food. Instead of having a bag of chips for a snack.. make popcorn, or have an apple. Eat a salad for lunch. You'll be surprised how slimmed down you can get from making healthier eating choices.


Also drink water instead of soda!


Get your friends involved when you aren't in the mood to exercise.. go for walks or play Frisbee etc

i don't think exercise can make you taller. and if you wanna sweat before working out turn the heat up in the house.. and then turn it back to normal and go exercise
Reply:It won't make you taller. If you set aside a time each day and stick with it, it will help you stay in the mood.
Reply:one way to lose some easy pounds is to drink nothing but water, i have been doing it for a month and a half and i feel great, sleep better, and have more energy during the day
Reply:IF YOU BELONG TO A GYM GO INSIDE THE SONIA FIRST BEFORE YOU WORK OUT . IF YOU DO NOT BELONG TO A GYM . GO TO YOU CAR A TURN ON THE HEATER FULL BLAST . BUT FIRST WEAR PLASTIC TRASH BAG UNDER SOME BIG HEAVY SWEATS AND SWEATS PANTS .. AND DRIVE AROUND UNTIL YOU ARE REALLY SWEATY
