Why can't i sweat???
NO Water NO Sweat!
Why can't i sweat???
Are you drinking water
Reply:Not enough body fat
Reply:Well, when your body overheats like that, you want to be sure to drink lots of fluids to keep you cool. Try seeing a doctor. Maybe you're having some glandular issues.
Reply:You better go to the dr! There could be something wrong. Are you drinking alot of water? You need to, especially while you work out. That is also a sign of diabetes. GET CHECKED OUT!!!

To answer your question since i had the same probleam, i found out that the reason i was not sweating at the gym is because my body was not hyrdrated enough. Which means you need to start drinking a lot of water to make sure your body has something to sweat. Try driking 60oz of water before you go to the gym and always have water with you at the gym as well. Good Luck

Reply:U r not drinkin not enough water...................drink....nd probably u will like to see a doctor...
Reply:two solutions to try before freaking out and going to the doctor:
1) drink more water before, during, and after your workouts.
2) tone it down a notch during your workout. you want to work out within your target heart rate...pushing yourself too hard actualy turns your workout into anaerobic exercise, during which you will not sweat because you are not working within a good range for your heart.
if you are working out in your target heartrate and staying hydrated and still not sweating, then by all means see a doctor.
Reply:Your sweat glands must have a problem visit a specialist and find out because at the gym there is vigorous work for one to be able to sweat, it is surprisingly that you dont!
Reply:This is a dangerous condition...you should speak with your physician immediately and plan to see a specialist. It could be as simple as inadequately hydrated; however, it could also be complicated and require surgical procedures to combat the problem. See the websites below:
