Do nipples sweat?

Do they have the same amount of sweat glands as the rest of your skin? They never seem to taste as salty as other areas. Such as the forehead. Or the back of a knee.
Do nipples sweat?
Elaborating onto shabbys answer, yes and no.

During normal everyday life no.

During lactation the modified sweat glands AKA breast become active and the bi-product AKA breast milk is discharged via the nipples. This isn't sweat as you would find in the skin elsewhere but technically speaking it is.
