What is sweat and why does it make you loose weight? I've always been curious to know.
What is sweat?
Urea and water. Its probablyy right but why cant you just look it up on google or something?
What is sweat?
it's weakness leaving the body
Reply:sweat is a mixture mainly of water, urea and sebum from your pores, used to cool your body down. its not actually sweat so much that causes you to lose weight....its the expenditure of energy/heat. food is measured in calories, and those calories are assigned by how long it takes to heat it/implement enough energy to use it up basically. it doesnt take long to "burn up" a celery stick, but it would take way longer to burn oh lets say a pizza or something. i hope this makes sense :)
Reply:It's just toxins leaving the body and it's a way to cool the body down as you heat up the furnace inside you through exercise. It's a cleansing of your insides through your pores.
Reply:My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
