I have really bad body odor.?

Ive done everything I can! I use strong deoderant at night. Foot powder in the morning. Sometimes Ifeel like my hair smells. I've tried changing soaps, deoderants even my detergent. I work in an office and I sweat a lot, which I NEVER did before I got this job. I think its from me getting stressed at work. I drink 3-4 Diet Cokes a day, I heard caffeine works up your nervous system and that makes you sweat. I normally have 3 servings of water in the morning. When I stopped doing that I noticed the sweating wasn't as bad. But I've tried so many things I don't know what makes a difference anymore. I have all these theories Ive tried out so I don't know what made the smell not as bad. I'm worried that people around me notice it too. I notice the smell everyday. When I go home and change my clothes its not as noticeable. I shower every morning. I'm worried the smell could be from down there.... So I use Always wipes 3-4 times a day at work

Reply:Are you sure you smell or are you so stressed out that your imagining it? It could happen. Could you ask a friend? If your really sure then go to the doctor, I knew a girl in Jr. High that smelled and it was an in balance in her system. Jr. High so you can imagine what that was like for her.

Stop the stressing and go to the doctor and see what he or she can do for you.

Sorry you having this.
Reply:I've heard chlorophyll pills help with body odor.
Reply:Change your diet to exclude red meat and consume more vegetables cooked and raw. Also, eat more fruits and stay away from junk food and alcohol as much as possible. Try to find an herb tea that is a liver cleanse and use it for 5 or 10 days. When You complete all these steps you should be just like everybody else.
Reply:Why you (sometimes) smell

Every body part has bacteria that protects it from infectious agents in the environment. When that bacteria feeds on sweat and oils to live, it makes a by-product. It鈥檚 the by-product that smells. So if sweat and oils build up, bacteria multiplies and creates even more by-product鈥攇iving off a noticeable odor.

SCALP

ODOR A musty, almond smell

CURES

鈥?Wash your hair when roots get greasy. Oil, flaky skin, and sweat buildup make your hair slick, and you scalp starts to smell. This occurs at different times for everyone; straight, fine hair gets greasy the quickest because it鈥檚 easy for oil to cling to smooth hair.

鈥?Shampoo more in summer, when you sweat a lot.

鈥?Try a clear shampoo. If you wash daily and your scalp gets dry or irritated, use a clear shampoo like Neutragena Clean Replenishing. It has fewer drying chemicals.

17 TIP: If your scalp smells despite washing, see a dermatologist鈥攜ou may need help for a yeast or fungus problem.

MOUTH

ODOR A sulfury, rotten-egg smell

CURES

鈥?Brush teeth two to three times daily with a fluoride toothpaste to eliminate food bits that bacteria feeds on. Make gentle, round motions over every tooth surface (front and back) for about 10 seconds.

鈥?Brush your tongue as far back as you can reach. Food and bacteria get stuck in its grooves.

鈥?Floss once a day to remove food from between teeth.

鈥?Drink water to maintain saliva (saliva rinses away food and bacteria鈥攊f your mouth is dry, bacteria will multiply).

17 TIP: It鈥檚 hard for you to tell if your breath smells鈥攚hen you breathe out, air flows away from your nose. Ask a friend instead.

FEET

ODOR A cheesy smell

CURES

鈥?Wash feet daily with a mild (not antibacterial) soap.

鈥?Wear sandals when you can. Feet have more sweat glands than most any other body part, so it's good to expose as much skin as possible so sweat can evaporate.

鈥?Wear cotton/acrylic socks, and change them once a day.

鈥?Sprinkle absorbent foot powder inside shoes and on your feet before you put shoes on if you still have an odor problem.

17 TIP: Place shoes in the sunlight for three hours to kill odor-causing bacteria and fungi.

GAS

ODOR A sulfury, rotten-egg smell

CURES

鈥?Avoid foods like beans, onions, apples, broccoli and dairy. They're hard to break down because they contain compounds we can't digest; our bodies expel them as gas. And sulfur-rich foods, like eggs, meat and cauliflower, can produce especially stinky farts.

17 TIP: If you have a lot of gas after eating dairy, you may be lactose-intolerant (lactose is a dairy sugar). See a doctor for a test.
