I wasn't into sports 'till recently. While playing soccer in a club, I've noticed that I was always the first one short of breath, sweating, fatigued... I could say that I'm better compared to my other teamates. I could outrun, outplay; and in terms of power, kick farther and harder than most. But that would only be for the first 10 minutes. Then, I would be sweating "like hell"! Recently, girls in our club started avoiding me. Obviously soccer is a physical sport, there would at least be one or two instances where you two would have contact with each other in getting the ball and you know how sensetive (or insensitive) girls can be. Sigh... I'm losing my interest to play; even though I train harder, still they're better than me in terms of stamina.
I've started thinking I may have anemia: fainting at school when I miss eating breakfast, intolerance to heat(sweat and fatigue) and cold, offbalance after getting up, etc. I take chelated iron, vit B12, C, cal-mag-zinc, etc. Any solution?
Anemia: what's the best cure? (been anemic since I was a child; been taking iron and B12 but no change...)
You need to go to the Doctor, a blood test is necessary to diagnose if it is anemia or if there is some other problem. Can you make an appointment to see the physician ASAP to get a diagnosis.

Kris, I hope you have followed through on your visit to the Doctor, and the problem is being treated by now! God bless. Report It
Reply:yup see a doctor to get blood tests.
your symptoms can be caused by 1001 things.
the fainting when you miss meals is most likely due to low glucose levels or hypoglycemia, please eat, this will reduce your likelyhood of fainting. also will give you the energy to last more than 10 min in your soccer game.
intolerance to heat and cold dont usually coexist. off balance when getting up can be caused by anemia, but also due to other things like ear infection, adrenal suppression, blah blah.
taking iron vit b and c are good for you in general, and also will reduce certain types of anemia. however it won't help that much if you arent anemic to start of with, or if you have a differnt type of anemia not caused by low iron or low b12.
many problems can cause anemia, and many problems can cause your symptoms. lots are potentially treatable, and some may be serious, so please check it out with a doctor.
Reply:If your breathing hard, have you been checked for COPD or asthma?
My B-12 was because my body couldn't absorb B-12 anymore
So I have to have shots. They found this with a blood test
Be aware that 7 out of 8 Drs that I went to said I had the flu

My boyfriend sweats like crazy when he sleeps! What is wrong with him?
His whole body sweats so much, I don't even want to lay near him!
Even his face.
My boyfriend sweats like crazy when he sleeps! What is wrong with him?
Maybe it's because you are so hot.

Turn on the air conditioner.

Reply:No idea. Is the room too hot? Does he drink excessively? Is he fat? Is he a fat man who drinks excessively and sleeps in a hot room? If it is problematic, sleep elsewhere.

What am i sick with?
i don't have medical insurance, i know it sucks, but anyways i need to find out whats wrong with me, it started Monday afternoon, i started feeling fatigued, i have a cough but it isn't so bad meaning I'm not coughing every couple minutes, I'm spitting phlegm thats slightly discolored, and I'm getting cold sweats like no other, meaning I'm cold, but if i put a blanket on i start sweating like a damn river, without the blanket I'm just sweating, on Tuesday i checked my temp and it was 101, I checked my temp this morning and it went down to 99, i checked it a couple hours ago and it went up to 100, I'm drinking plenty of fluids, but i really need to find out whats wrong with me so i can get back to work again, thanks
What am i sick with?
It sounds like a virus and it can last from 7-14 days. You need to take some kind of fever reducer like advil or tylenol. Drink clear liquids and juices, drink lots of chicken broth or noodle soup and try to prevent it from turning into a bacterial infection so you won't need to see a Dr. So, take care of yourself, get all the rest you can and keep the fever down. Get Vit. C and sweating is actually good for you...you can sweat out a fever. If it gets up to 104. See A Dr. Fevers tend to go up at night so be sure to have the meds ready during the night after 6-8 hrs. and eat some saltines and drink lots of liquid when you take it. You can try an antihistamine like benadryl at night for sleep and congestion or stuffy nose if that crops up. I hope you feel better soon. the common cold lasts 10-14 days. After that if you have a bad cough or temp. or congestion and yellow or green discharge from cough or nose, see the Dr. By the way the fever isn't alarming if you have a cold or the flu. Just get it down with medication and don't let it go above 104. If the meds bring it down, don't panic. If not get in a cool tub and then see a Dr. Good luck.

No need to curse. I'm sorry you feel bad. Go to the Public Health Clinic. They will take care of you. God bless you. Grams
Reply:go to docter and get check out and stop drinking is better you will get sicker and sicker start coughing and it gets wortes everday so go to docter or slak of some
Reply:Sounds like Pneumonia. I had all those symptons when I had it. I was in the hospital a few days on air... Best to get it checked out. Your lungs could fail if you don't find help.
Reply:first, you have a fever.....which more than likely is caused by an infection in your body....try to get some antibiotics..... primarily amoxicillin. Its made for ear nose and throat type of infections... i would say 500mg every 12 hours or if you find 250mg bottle, then its every 8 hours......just make sure you're not allergic to penicillin...if you are then don't take it.....allergic reaction....hope it helps......but you definitely need something to kill the infection first, then you can treat the cause.....good luck...get well soon

Hey guys,s o I have a problem with my sweating, I do horseback riding, so I do sweat, so what is teh best deordarnt to help with this sweating problem?
Best deodarant?
i use "certain dri" it really helps with sweating because you put it on the night before and it keeps u dry for the rest of the next day. it works on a lot of ppl i know too. i think u used to need a prescription for it, but i believe its over the counter now.

Reply:Rexona is the best I've tried so far, for everyday use.
For special occasions, I wear Clarins' Doux Deodorant (the red bottle) and it also helps a lot (and smells gorgeous).
Reply:Dove.. get one that has a scent.so when you start to sweat you with smell the good smelling deordarnt. its doesnt leave white marks either! i swear by it
Reply:secret
Reply:try certain dri. you can basically get it at any drugstore.
just use it at night, before you go to bed, and then use your normal deoderant in the morning. it basically stops you from sweating. and it's doctor recommended, so it's safe.

Whis is it I hardly sweat on any other part of my body but my feet?
Why are all my sweat glands in my feet??? I hardly sweat anwhere else. Hence my feet smell!!!! any ideas? and also best ways to combat my smelly feet......
Whis is it I hardly sweat on any other part of my body but my feet?
I have this problem too, it can be really embarrasing when you have to take your shoes off in other peoples homes. Here is what I do to help (not cure, just help) I use a solution called Drysol. I use it 2 or 3 times a week and I rub in in between my toes and straight down the middle of my feet. You can get this from your Dr. I also never wear leather shoes, they make my feet sweat bad and they are not washable, instead I wear canvas keds, they are lightweight and washable. Go without shoes as often as possibel, I wear flip flops whenever I can. If you can't afford the Drysol, use secret platinum deoderant (I'm sure others work just as well, I just happen to find this a good one) Rub it on your feet and inbetween your toes everynight, you should start seeing good results shortly after. Hope this helps a little.
Whis is it I hardly sweat on any other part of my body but my feet?
TRY DRYING YOUR FEET WELL AND USING POWDER ON YOUR FEET AND IN YOUR SHOES. IT HELPS.
Reply:If it gets really bad maybe you should consult a podiatrist (foot dr).
Reply:I know what you mean a past girl friend of mine when she stopped over would position the bed as her feet could stick out the window. Is that bad?
Reply:Are you wearing really heavy shoes that trap the persiration? If you do that and much lighter garments elsewhere you are probably sweating everywhere but as most of the sweat evaporates quickly (what it is supposed to do) you notice your feet more, maybe try sandels.
Reply:Go to your pharmacist, you can get roll on sweat supressants that you leave on over night. I know that one brand has brought out something just for feet, sorry can't remember the name - you need to wash it off in the morning though.
Reply:Foot deodorant Boots do a good one
Reply:chop your feet off
Reply:smelly feet is caused by uric acid {wee basically!} it goes to ur feet and also if u drink a lot of alcohol it gives u goat, i think is a swollen knee thing? anyway carry on stinkfoot.......... wahEYYYYYYYYY
Reply:Sweating is our body's way of disposing of odors. That's why we usually sweat in the stinkiest parts of our bodies, like our armpits, crotch, and yes our feet. When our body detects unusually strong odors it triggers our sweat glands. It's our bodies way of giving us a quick shower.
So try using a deodorant powder in your shoe. The pleasant smell will keep your sweat glands inactive.
Reply:it could have alot to do with the type of shoes you wear. Try wearing open shoes where your feet can breath. I always use to have this problem but found that by wearing sandals or leather shoes helps
Reply:most common cause of sweaty feet is synthetic shoes.
syick with pure leather, as leather is a skin and has pores like yours and mine. this will allow the feet to breath, reduce sweat, prevent smell and also prevent things like fungal infections etc.
hope this helps, hun.

Embarrassment problem... and 2 questions...?
I have a crush on a co-worker who has a girlfriend. I have no plans of doing anything about this crush, but I have to work with and interact with him, and every time I talk to him I start sweating and turn purple. This is very embarrassing. By now I figure that he thinks 2 things about me. 1. That I have a crush on him *wince* or 2. that I have high blood pressure and a glandular disorder.
My questions are this. First, does anyone have any ideas on how to stop the sweating and the red face? Please???
Second, it's pretty obvious I like him, huh? What would you think if someone changed colors and sweated profusely, but only in your presence?
Embarrassment problem... and 2 questions...?
lol, that what everybody want. Love Or crush if you preferd.
well, love make your heart beat faster, your body temperature go up, and your acting becam slow or sometime can vibrat.
how about if you tell him that?
"i need to get some coffee, so do you want to come"
it not like his married or something.
go for it.
Embarrassment problem... and 2 questions...?
I would either think that they had serious anxiety porblems or that they liked me and i made them nervous.

.I don't mean that thought in a bad way either...but I think generally speaking anyone would most likely say the same thing.
.Anyways so is there any cure or medicine for your glandular disorder by chance? Have you spoken with a doctor to find out treatment options or potential treatment options? I found something that might help you a little bit.
*Also it's not a matter of what we would think, because we aren't the one(s) you are crushing on. SO I think if that guy has a girlfriend, odds are you won't be dating him anytime soon. Until then you can keep looking but you can touch.
A Real Health Miracle.
There are numerous ways to feel bad and be sick. An individual could be in pain, exhausted, or have a low sex drive. He could gain weight, have allergies, headaches or migraines. She could have a messed-up menstrual cycle, pain, excessive bleeding, irregular periods, or no period at all. A person could be infertile: abnormal sperm count and activity, or ovaries and female system that just can鈥檛 begin or hold onto a pregnancy. She could have an early or troublesome menopause, with hot flashes and organs that are drying up. Or have an immune system that can鈥檛 fight a germ for love nor money. Failing glands cause even recurrent flu, sore throats, pneumonia, asthma or deteriorating lungs. Autoimmune conditions (where the immune system attacks the body鈥檚 own tissues) can occur. Inflammatory conditions: colitis, arthritis, bronchitis, and other itis鈥檚 can drive a person nuts and ruin the quality of life.
What do the conditions listed in the last paragraph all share? Answer: the disturbance, fatigue or breakdown of the body鈥檚 glandular system. The adrenal glands, thyroid, pituitary, ovaries or testes, spleen, pancreas etc. are the endocrine glands, which secrete powerful hormones (chemical transmitter substances) into your bloodstream. They govern and prevent all the illness conditions described above, and myriad others.
Although certain glandular diseases are detected in day-to-day medical practice, the usual medical doctor seldom recognizes most. And when a recognized glandular illness is medically diagnosed, the orthodox (and only prescribed) methods of treatment are hormone drugs or surgery to remove part or the entire gland! Your own hormones are necessary to an energetic, pain-free, healthy life, but often when administered artificially as drugs, they can have negative side effects. Among the most common of those undesirable effects is further suppressing your body鈥檚 own glands, further decreasing the already low hormones, and thus worsening the underlying problem which was the cause of the whole mess in the first place. The worst of these drug side effects can result in addiction to the hormone, and atrophy of the body鈥檚 own glands. And many times, despite the cortisone or thyroxin therapy, the person continues to both be and feel ill.
Painkillers, anti-inflammatories, anti-histamines, water-pills and hormones may be used to cover up the symptoms, but do not correct the cause. Could there be a way to repair a poorly functioning or torn-down gland system? Could you get a body to begin producing hormones in correct amounts to make a person be and feel well? Could this be done without the side effects of drugs or the permanent damage of surgery?
A small niche in natural health-care has focused on this area of paramount importance. It has always been the focus of our office. Patients have generated myriad success stories on their health restoration; most often this was achieved by restoring their gland systems. How was this achieved?
New methods for testing glandular malfunctions have evolved from Applied Kinesiology, the chiropractic specialty that developed muscle testing as a diagnostic method. We use these methods to get rapid information on your gland health. By combining hands-on chiropractic procedures that restore nerve communication to glands, together with nutritional supplements designed to re-activate and rebuild damaged glands, we are able to help thousands of people to achieve health. Both of these methods must be utilized together correctly to get a speedy return to health; they activate each other and are able to do much more when done together than either done alone. (The chiropractic and nutrition are synergists.) The patients range from mildly ill, to near terminal malfunction. Literally lives are saved, and the quality of life revolutionarily improved.
In a chronic health problem, when medications have been prescribed for "management" of symptoms, with no talk of cure, wouldn鈥檛 it be intelligent to discover if a glandular malfunction is the real underlying cause?
Reply:I'm not sure on the first question. I don't have that problem- usually stay pretty cool. The only thing I can suggest is get a grip on what a "crush" really is. If it's possible to take an analytical approach - tell yourself that your hormones, chemical reactions are what's causing this feeling. It is a physical thing, and doesn't necessarily mean it's "love" (more often it is not love, and we figure this out later when the initial physical reactions in our body subside)
2nd question. It's difficult to say if he "knows" or not. Some people are not very perceptive and may not notice anything at all. Others may be a bit perceptive and notice something, but won't know what it means - will misread the signs. If he is the perceptive type, and aware of his attractiveness (sexually aware) then, he will know exactly what's going on. That isn't necessarily a bad thing unless he's the type to exploit your weakness for him. More often it's a good thing. If he's aware you're attracted, it's more likely he'll be inclined to ask you out if he is also interested.
If he's not, well I guess you need to be the perceptive one in order to decide if he knows and if he is or isn't interested.
Be wary of him in case he's the type who'll exploit your weakness. Don't get too involved until you know he has unloaded the GF.
My questions are this. First, does anyone have any ideas on how to stop the sweating and the red face? Please???
Second, it's pretty obvious I like him, huh? What would you think if someone changed colors and sweated profusely, but only in your presence?
