Is it important to sweat a lot while working out?

sometimes i sweat a LOT and other times not as much.. my workouts are pretty vigorous, but i was wondering, if i sweat more i burned more calories??

You need to sweat so you know your body's cooling mechanism is working properly...that's no reflection on how many calories you are burning.

yes, the more you exert your body the more calories you will burn.
