I wake up in the middle of the night DRENCHED in sweat but im shivering, and so cold. Also Im very dizzy and i feel like im in a different world. Im so weak I dont even want to get up to walk. when i start to feel dizzy i get like shaky, and i just have to lay down but i feel like the room is spinning. i have a wicked bad cough also that iv had for probably two months and nothing is helping to get rid of it.
Normally Im very good at guessing whats going on, But Im clueless now, I cant figure it out.
Does anyone know whats going on?

Could be a wide variety of afflictions... No way, anyone on here can accurately diagnose and treat your problems. Get to a doctor - stat! (They always say "stat" on doctor shows. Does it make me sound medically skilled? Well, I'm not!)
